A. DISPATCH TIME

Orders placed on MyMotoco platforms will be processed and dispatched/shipped within the same day after successful payment confirmation during regular business hours.

B. DELIVERY ZONES

We currently deliver to specific zones within India. Customers can check the delivery availability for their location during the checkout process.
International shipping options are not available.

C. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

  • Standard delivery times are estimated between 3 – 24 business hours, depending on the order requirements and delivery location.
  • Express delivery options are available for faster shipping at an additional cost. Customers may reach out to our customer support team at support@mymotoco.com to make an request for express delivery.
  • Delivery timeframes are just estimates and are not guaranteed delivery timeframes and should not be relied upon as such. Deliveries to certain locations may take longer than expected due to accessibility of the location and serviceability by the logistics service provider. While we strive for on-time deliveries, sometimes, delivery may take longer due to Bad weather, Transportation delays, Natural calamities, Political disruptions, Logistics service provider related challenges, Product lost in transit, Regional or national holidays which are considered as delivery holidays, Other unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond the control of MyMotoco or logistics service provider. In the event of service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, we would not be able to guarantee on-time shipment.
    If the estimated delivery date has passed and you still have not received your order, please contact us and we will take steps to track your package. In such cases, we may also try to proactively contact You.
  • MyMotoco will not compensate for any mental agony or inconvenience, or loss caused due to delay in delivery for any reason. You may be informed by email or SMS at the email address or mobile number provided to MyMotoco if any product in the order is unavailable or is delayed or lost in transit.

D. TRACKING INFORMATION

Customers will receive tracking details via email once the order is dispatched. This allows them to track the status and location of their package.

E. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Standard shipping charges of INR 200/- will apply to orders below order value of INR 10,000/-
  • Free shipping shall be available for orders exceeding a value of INR 10,000.


F. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

The logistics service provider assigned by MyMotoco will make a maximum of two [2] attempts to deliver Your order. In case You are not reachable, available or do not accept delivery of products in these attempts MyMotoco reserves the right to cancel the order at its discretion. You may be informed of such cancellation by email or SMS at the email address or mobile number provided to MyMotoco. You agree not to hold MyMotoco liable for any cancellation. 


G. REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

Before accepting delivery of any product, kindly ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered. If You observe that the package is damaged or tampered, you are requested to refuse to accept delivery and inform MyMotoco within 12 hours of delivery date. 

 

G. ORDER AND ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any additional charges incurred due to incorrect addresses will be the customer’s responsibility. Once an order is placed, modifications to the shipping address or delivery instructions may not be possible. Customers are advised to review their order details carefully before confirming.

 

H. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

A confirmation email or SMS will be sent to the customer upon successful delivery of the order. If customers do not receive their order within the stipulated timeframe, they should contact our customer support team.


I. DUTIES & TAXES

Goods and Service Tax: GST is collected on all domestic orders and is already included in the prices displayed for all products. 


J. TRANSFER OF TITLE

Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by You shall pass on to You upon delivery of the products at the shipping address provided by You.
