DEFINITIONS
- “Company/Service Provider” means “MyMotoCo Autotech Private Limited” or any other such entity owned or controlled by the aforementioned entity (hereinafter referred to as “MyMotoCo”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”.
- “Platform” means the website developed by the Company that is https://www.mymotoco.com/
- “Products” means the parts and products available for purchase on the platform including but not limited to Parts and accessories for vehicles, such as engines, transmissions, brakes, tires, mirrors, seats, headlights, bodies or frames of vehicles, including chassis, carriages, trailers, and semi-trailers, navigation systems, audio systems, air conditioning systems, safety devices, Products used for the maintenance and repair of vehicles, including lubricants, cleaning products, tools and any other such spare parts used in the said vehicles.
- “Services” means any service rendered or delivered by the Company either online or in person through any of the representatives, employees or agents authorized by the Company.
- “Customer” means any person or entity purchasing the products or services from the Company including but not limited to fleet owners, mechanics and any other such Customer making the purchase through the platform (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”, “Customers”, “you” or “your”).
- “Applicable law” means all laws, brought into force and effect by the Government of India or the State Government including rules, regulations and notifications made thereunder and judgments, decrees, injunctions, writs, and orders.
- “Local Limits” shall mean the geographical area within 30 kms from the point of origin of shipment.
- “Serviceable Pin codes” shall mean the pin codes of the locations where delivery services are provided by the Logistics service provider.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- You hereby understand and agree to abide with the terms of this Shipping and Delivery policy as mentioned herein along with the terms and conditions of the Company’s Logistics service provider.
- This policy provides the general terms and conditions along with the estimated timelines of Shipping and Delivery across all the regions of India as duly accepted by our Logistics service provider. In case of differences and/or deviations between the terms of this policy and terms and conditions of the Logistics service provider with respect to Shipping, Delivery, Delivery fee or any other such condition or criteria, the terms and conditions as provided by the Logistics service provider shall prevail.
DISPATCH TIME
Orders placed on MyMotoCo platform will be processed and dispatched/shipped within the same day or next working day in case of delivery within the local limits from the point of origin and within 3-5 business days in case of delivery outside the local limits, after successful payment confirmation during regular business hours that is 09:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If any order is placed after the aforementioned business hours the said order shall be processed and dispatched/shipped on the next working day.
DELIVERY LOCATIONS
We currently deliver across most of the serviceable pin codes within India. The Customers can check the delivery availability for their location during the checkout process i.e., the checkout page upon the confirmation of their order. International shipping options are not available.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
- Standard delivery times are estimated within 24 business hours in case of delivery within the local limits and within 7 (seven) business days in case of delivery outside the local limits. However, the same is subject to change at our sole discretion based on the order requirements, delivery location and service availability of the Logistics service provider.
- Express delivery options are available for faster shipping at an additional cost for delivery within the local limits. Customers may reach out to our customer support team at support@mymotoco.com to make a request for express delivery.
- Delivery timeframes are just estimating and are not guaranteed delivery timeframes and should not be relied upon as such as the said delivery timeframes are subject to change depending upon various factors and the deliveries to certain locations may take longer than expected due to accessibility of the location and serviceability by the logistics service provider.
- While we strive for on-time deliveries, sometimes, delivery may take longer than the expected timeframe due to events beyond our reasonable control such as Bad weather, Transportation delays, Natural calamities, Political disruptions, Logistics service provider related challenges, Product lost in transit, Regional or national holidays which are considered as delivery holidays, other unforeseen circumstances, beyond the control of MyMotoCo or logistics service provider. In the event of service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, we would not be able to guarantee on-time shipment. However, we shall provide you with a revised time frame on the occurrence of such events or interruptions and shall keep you updated about the same regularly via updates over Email/SMS or WhatsApp text.
- If the estimated delivery date has passed and you still have not received your order, you may contact us and we will take steps to track your package. In such cases, we may also try to proactively contact You and follow-up with the Logistics service provider.
- MyMotoCo will not compensate for any mental agony or inconvenience, or loss caused due to delay in delivery for any reason. You may be informed by Email/SMS or WhatsApp text at the email address or mobile number provided to MyMotoCo if any product in the order is unavailable or is delayed or lost in transit.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Customers will receive tracking details via Email/SMS or WhatsApp text once the order is dispatched. This allows them to track the status and location of their package.
SHIPPING CHARGES
- Standard shipping charges of INR 99/- will apply to orders below order value of INR 5,000/- for delivery within local limits. However, for the delivery outside the local limits the shipping charges may vary depending upon the delivery location and service availability.
- Free shipping within the local limits shall be available for orders exceeding a value of INR 5,000.
FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
The logistics service provider assigned by MyMotoCo will make a maximum of two [2] attempts to deliver Your order. In case You are not reachable, available or do not accept delivery of products in these attempts MyMotoCo reserves the right to cancel the order at its discretion. You may be informed of such cancellation by Email/SMS or WhatsApp text at the email address or mobile number provided to MyMotoCo. You agree not to hold MyMotoCo liable for any cancellation.
REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
Before accepting delivery of any product, kindly ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered. If You observe that the package is damaged or tampered, you are requested to refuse to accept delivery and inform MyMotoCo within 24 hours of delivery date.
ORDER AND ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any additional charges incurred due to incorrect addresses will be the customer’s responsibility. Once an order is placed, modifications to the shipping address or delivery instructions may not be possible. Customers are advised to review their order details carefully before confirming.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
A confirmation Email / SMS or WhatsApp text will be sent to the customer upon successful delivery of the order. If customers do not receive their order within the stipulated timeframe, they should contact our customer support team.
DUTIES & TAXES
Goods and Service Tax: GST is collected on all domestic orders and is already included in the prices displayed for all products.
TRANSFER OF TITLE
Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by You shall pass on to You upon delivery of the products at the shipping address provided by You.
